Bakery 64 is a cottage law bakery in Polk County Florida. I create delicious baked goods that include cupcakes, cakes, cookies, muffins, and quick breads.
I have been baking my entire life. My lessons started with my mom and Gramma Gert. Between the two of them, I developed a firm foundation of baking skills. My inspiration to further develop my skills came from my sister who didn’t like cake because it never tasted like anything.
My goal is to create baked goods that can be eaten without frosting (though I still firmly believe frosting is the best!).
As a cottage law bakery, I operate out of my home and am not subject to inspections.
